Search Job

Responsibilities:

· Provide end-to-end support on recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, event planning and logistics etc.

· Handle on-boarding and off-boarding logistics, insurance etc.

· Provide training management and organize company activities

· Maintain HR system and staff database

· Provide office administrative support 

· Assist related ad hoc projects as required

 

Requirements:

· Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines

· 1-3 years of working experience in talent acquisition, training or similar roles, experience in China base financial group is preferred

· Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related statutory requirements.

· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin

· Proficiency in MS Office applications, Chinese word processing (traditional and simplified)

· Self-motived, mature, adaptive and good interpersonal skill

· Immediate available is preferable

Intership Program

Students who will be graduating from a Bachelors or Masters degree program are eligible for the Bosera International internship program. If you are passionate, curious, flexible, adaptable, eager to learn more about the asset management industry and join Bosera International after graduation, this is the role for you. 

Students who have successfully completed the internship and have outstanding performance and high potential will be given priority to participate in the full-time job interview. 

The internship program begins with comprehensive orientation activities and induction to the firm. It is a great chance to know our people and culture in Bosera International. During the internship program, you will be given a true associate experience, as assignments mirror full-time responsibility. You will fully participate in the company’s projects. We'll give you what you need to succeed including training and mentoring to develop your skills and knowledge and prepare for your potential future roles in the financial industry.
