Statement on Preventing Fraudulent Activities

Bosera Asset Management (International) Co., Limited ("Bosera International" or "the Company") has recently found that fraudsters, in the name of Bosera International, contacted individual investors and induced investors to enter into fake website by promoting unverified investment systems as part of their fraudulent activities.

To protect the interests of the public and investors, Bosera International hereby formally declares and notifies as follows:

1.    The Company has never, and will never, provide investment advice, recommend investment systems, or offer similar services to any individual investor through instant messaging software (including but not limited to instant messaging applications, social media private messages, etc.).

2.    The Company will not initiate unsolicited contact with any individual investor via instant messaging software. Any such contact made through instant messaging software claiming to be from Bosera International employees, business partners, or representatives of Bosera International are fraudulent. Do not follow such instructions to click on unknown links, conduct any investment operations, provide personal information (including identity details, bank account information, etc.), or make any payments, to avoid financial losses.

3.    The fraudsters may forge documents such as letters or notices in the Company’s name; all such documents are fraudulent and counterfeit. The fraudsters may make use of trademarks, logos, employee information, or other materials of the Company and its affiliates, such acts constitute unauthorized infringement and are suspected of violating relevant Hong Kong laws, including the Trade Marks Ordinance and Theft Ordinance. The Company reserves the right to pursue legal liability against such parties.

If you suspect you have encountered the above fraud or received suspicious information, please immediately report it to the Hong Kong Police Force.
