Important Notice Regarding Prevention of Fraudulent Activities 

Impersonating Bosera Asset Management (International) Co., Limited 

Bosera Asset Management (International) Co., Limited (“Bosera International” or “the Company”) has recently identified fraudulent activities involving unauthorized individuals or entities impersonating the Company and its employees. These perpetrators have been using methods such as Instagram links and WhatsApp groups to induce investors to download applications named “Tian Yan Zhi Tou” and “TY Quant,” and to deceive investors into joining so-called “investment learning groups,” ultimately defrauding them of their funds. 

In response to the aforementioned situation, the Company hereby issues the following solemn statement: 

1. The legal name of the Company is Bosera Asset Management (International) Co., Limited, not Bosera Asset Management (Hong Kong) Co., Limited. The Company’s sole office is located at 41/F, Jardine House, 1 Connaught Place, Central, Hong Kong, with no other office locations. Investors are urged to exercise due diligence in verifying the identity of any entity claiming to represent the Company.

2. The Company’s official website is www.bosera.com.hk, its customer service hotline is 2537 6658, and its customer service email is HKSales@bosera.com.

3. The applications “Tian Yan Zhi Tou” and “TY Quant” are not developed or endorsed by the Company. The Company does not currently operate any official mobile applications or WhatsApp groups. Investors are strongly advised to obtain information about the Company and its products and services exclusively through the official channels.

4. The Company reiterates that it has never, and will never, provide investment advice, recommend investment systems, or offer similar services to any individual investor through instant messaging software (including but not limited to instant messaging applications, social media private messages, etc.). The Company will not initiate unsolicited contact with any individual investor via instant messaging software. Any such contact made through instant messaging software claiming to be from Bosera International employees, business partners, or representatives of Bosera International are fraudulent. Do not follow such instructions to click on unknown links, conduct any investment operations, provide personal information (including identity details, bank account information, etc.), or make any payments, to avoid financial losses.

5. Investors are encouraged to refer to the list of fraudulent investment platforms published by the Hong Kong Anti-Deception Coordination Centre (ADCC). The Company urges all investors to remain vigilant, avoid trusting unidentified social media users, and take necessary precautions to protect their privacy and financial interests. Should investors encounter any suspicious activities involving the misuse of the Company’s name, they are advised to report such incidents to the Hong Kong Police Force immediately.

The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action against any entity or individual misusing its name.
