Responsibilities:
· Provide end-to-end support on recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, event planning and logistics etc.
· Handle on-boarding and off-boarding logistics, insurance etc.
· Provide training management and organize company activities
· Maintain HR system and staff database
· Provide office administrative support
· Assist related ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
· Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
· 1-3 years of working experience in talent acquisition, training or similar roles, experience in China base financial group is preferred
· Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related statutory requirements.
· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
· Proficiency in MS Office applications, Chinese word processing (traditional and simplified)
· Self-motived, mature, adaptive and good interpersonal skill
· Immediate available is preferable
